How has your Monday been so far?

Following in the footsteps of @__sophia_harris__ recently, I’ve been making Monday a day where I think about what I’m thankful for. Instead of hating on Monday because you’re back to work, think about why you’re thankful that it is Monday. It could be something you’re looking forward to or even just being thankful because you’ve had a lovely restful weekend. But starting off your week negative isn’t going to set you up for a good week.

I have read lots about the law of attraction and living for now. Basically, if you don’t think positive you won’t attractive positive things. So if you wake up with a negative mindset thinking about how much you’re dreading the day then yeah you probably will end up with a day exactly like that. However, if you wake up with a positive mindset and attitude then you will attractive positivity too.

I think it’s hard, especially when you might have some negative people around you. But start today! Write down what you’re grateful for. Write down what’s gone well for you today and what your goals are for this week. Look at each day as another opportunity to better yourself. Not just a day to struggle by! Have you had a positive day today? What are you truly grateful for? .
